Return Policy

At Castle of Scents, we want you to be happy with your personalized car air freshener. However, by any chance, if you don't like the product and are planning to return the item, you have 30 days from the purchase date you got it. Just confirm the product is still in its original packaging, unused, and in good condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that personalized items can only be returned to us if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If there's something wrong with the product when you get it—it's eligible for return.
